IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please note that by logging in, using or continuing to use this e-Receipt system or services, you acknowledge and agree that: (i) you are accessing or using the system or services at your own risks and TCM Solutions Limited shall provide no warranty and shall not be liable for any inaccuracies, errors or losses of e-Receipts; and (ii) you consent or approve or are deemed to consent or approve the storage, use, copy or reproduction of any information or data (including without limitation any personal data) provided by or belonging to you for the purposes of or in relation to your access or use of the e-Receipt system or services. Further, TCM Solutions Limited shall not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential losses or damages which you may suffer regardless of whether TCM Solutions Limited charges you any fees for the use of such system or services. Please refer to the Merchant Processing Agreement you have signed with us for further information on the terms and conditions for access and use of the e-Receipt system or services.
